 How does one open a file such that more than one process can have
write access to it at a time (in C)? I have a binary file that I open
using 
   open(file,O_RDWR);
 However, only one process returns sucessfull file handle. If it makes
things any easier, while multiple process need to share the file for reading/
writing, no two process will ever attempt to write the same record.
