Hello,

Some time ago Howard C. Johnson sent me minihdx.c and mkfs.c.
Minihdx.c is a formatter for BMS-200 controllers.
Unfortunately some interesting parts are missing: minihdx.c includes
the file "backup.h", but this file wasn't included in the mail I got.
Also a source file with get_sense(), scsi_driv() ans disk_sense()
would be nice to have 8-).
I would have mailed Howard directly, but I do not have his address.

Could somebody send me the missing files or give me the mail address
of Howard ?

PS: The C-source of another disk formatter would also help me a lot!
