There is a real good book called Programming with GFA Basic 3.0 that reall
goes into how to use AES with GFA Basic 3.0.  It doesnt focus on that area, bu
has about a 110 page chapter on it.  I found it to be much more understandable
than the GFA Basic Documentation.  The copy of the book that I have is distrib
by Michtron, but I dont know if that still holds true or not.
