I have never used a shell like gulam before, so i am still unsure how to do alot of things. Here is my setup: Atari 1040St, 1 Meg and TOS 1.4 Atari Sh204 hard drive, 2 partitions, C:16meg and D:4 meg The system autoboots with HDBOOT 2.1 from drive D:, and these are the programs in the \AUTO\ folder: Poolfix3.Prg Cache90.Prg DCshowit.Prg Foldr100.Prg Tos14fix.prg Sozobon is located in C:\LANG\SOZOBON then the \BIN,\LIB, and \INCLUDE subdirs. Gulam is located in C:\GULAM Now, I need to know 1) How should I set up the sozobon environment variables such as PATH,TMP,INCLUDE 2) Where should I be saving my source code? (What directory, or does it even matter)? Most of the time when I do cc filename.c i get error -66 from gulam, but every so often I will get 4 bombs and error -1. So, can anyone help? I sure alot of you program under Gulam from what I have read in the past. Please EMAIL all responses, because I only get to the newsgroup like once every 2 weeks. Or, if you are in the NJ area, call me at 201-276-9667 ANYTIME, or if you are not in the NJ area, call and I will call you back. Thanks for any and all help. -Frank Rachel -- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Frank Rachel | Internet:Dnd15j9z@Umiami.Miami.edu | University Of Miami ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
