We've tried RTFM'ing the Management guides under "Printing" but the best we can get is a tenuous connect (shows up on a SHOW USERS on the Term Server but no output). I know the serial line's correct because a TEST PORT command produces readable output on the printer. Anything special to do with ULTRIX? Any special parameters that need to be set on the Term Server? Help! BTW, we're running ULTRIX 3.1a (soon to be 3.1c) and using a XYPLEX MaxServer 5000 with their v1.1 software.
