A coworker recently bought a second-hand EGA card, without documentation.
He is having trouble getting the card working.  The card is labeled:

	Ahead Systems, Inc.
	EGA Wizard Rev. D

There is an 8-position DIP switch and a jumper block on the card.  If
anyone in net-land could email me a description of the switch/jumper
settings (and any other info you think might be useful) I'd really
appreciate it.
