I need your help.  I'm trying to locate the company that sells PC Hooker 
Plus software.  

I've seen a demo of PC Hooker (NOT the Plus version) and it's a great 
program for file transfer between two machines connected through their 
serial or parallel ports.  You can EASILY transfer individual files by 
tagging or even the entire disk, including its directory structure.  It's 
convenient to use and does fast transfers (up to 115K baud serial).  

Apparently PC Hooker Plus will do the same, but, in addition, will handle 
modem communications.  It's possible that the Plus version also supports 
remote operation of a computer.

The PC Hooker files are dated 8/88 and 11/87.  The .exe file shows copyright
1988 Amica corp.

Can you help me find a source for PC Hooker?  If the company is out of 
business, can you suggest software with equivalent capability  -- remote
computer operation, modem support, file tagging, high speed?
