I have no problem on the zenith's running MS Dos 3.2 or the new Northgate 386 running 4.01. I'm trying to find machines that will implement this command successfully without locking up my machine or the machine from whence the command was executed. So far no true ibm machine will successfully complete the command. Is this an architecture problem with the ibm or a software bug in ver. 3.3? Any suggestions towards solving this dilemma would be greatly appreciated. My main use of this command is through the com port for remote operation via communications software, but this command will not work on a hard wire either. Thanks for you time. -- Like an unquenchable thirst, Virtue eludes those that long for it the most and drenches those who don't hold it to close! -VIRTUE QUEST-
