He wants to perform remote database access from telephones. IBM apparently had no idea what he was talking about, nor did anyone else he spoke to. These _must_ exist, as lots of companies have systems that route calls and things using the tone codes. Please reply to me with the names/addresses of any vendors you know for such a product.
