Once again, apologies for my last posting under this title.  THis is
the second time that our news software has reposted a two-month old
posting under a new date; I received many informative replies when I
first posted this inquiry and certainly didn't deliberately repost it.

Until further notice, please to do not reply to any postings originating
from me.  I will work with my system manager to try to prevent further
