I also have the zenith external hard drive. I am missing the cable that goes between the laptop and the disk. According to the documentation it is an HCA-78 that is required. This cable has a 50 pin connector on one side and a 62 pin in 3 rows D connector on the other. I have not seen the 50 pin connector before and it appears none standard (ie. a 50 pin D shell connector will not work). Does anyone know were I can get this cable from. Are there 3rd party sources for external hard drives that might sell just the cable? Can I purchase the connectors so that I could build myself a cable?
