Well, I guess that juist means that you and all the other millions
of Netters don't ever want to use a graphics tablet or a digitizer,
huh?????
Or can you come up with a way to do that without setting the cursor
postion??? 
That's just one example, because I had to do write a driver for one..
I'm sure there's plenty more if I thought about it..
