Make me an offer and get rid of those refrid magnets. The only checkpoint for IIci or down is access speed. In your case, that's no problem as long as access speed is faster than 120ns. Here's the minimum access speed list for IIci and down Plus|SE 150ns II|IIx|IIcx 120ns IIci 80ns IIfx is special, for it uses special 64-pin simm to acceralate write speed.
