I added the Finder to the OnCue list and started some things, killed the Finder and tried to get OnCue to restart it for me, and got a message similar to: "To Start Finder, quit all applications" The point: I do not know from whom this message came, but someone knew that the Finder will start when the rest are quit and OnCue will not let you start it.
