Hello,
I have been given the task of coordinating the maintenance contracts for all
SGI machines here on campus. Currently, we have 3-200 series servers and
a half dozen PI's. Is anyone using a 3rd party maintenance organization
for sgi equipment and if so what is opinion of the service they offer and
what prompted you to select them (i.e. lower cost, better service, etc.).
