If you are using TranScript by adding the filters to the /etc/printcap
file you should not have problems. The HP LaserJet II with the Pacific
Page cartridge emulates an Apple LaserWriter II NT. One problem may be
that the banner page produced by your lpr is not PostScript. Using lpr
with suppression of the banner page should verify this. Try using the
following printcap entry;
