Is anyone aware of cpio bugs not listed in the Sun documentation, O.S
version 4.03.  I am experiencing phase errors.  I can read a small section
(beginning) of the tape fine, then I get a "Phase error, try using the c
option."  When in fact I am using the c option.  The parameters I am using
are:

	# cpio -ictB < /dev/rst0      	and,
	# cpio -icdBuv < /dev/rst0

This error occurs both on reading the tape and extractions.
