I have a Sunview application where I use the cursor keys on the keypad for
movement.  The arrow keys (2,4,6,8) repeat when you press them.  However
the HOME (7), END (1), PgUp (9), and PgDn (3) keys do not repeat when held
down.  Is there a way to make them repeat, either from the application or
from the system level?
