What do you mean by "wiped out"? Is the partition still there but the data in it is trash? Or do you have to repartition the drive again? It seems doubtful that swap space is overflowing since X Windows has to be really pushed hard to use more than 15 thousand blocks (I have seven windows and 5 X applications plus 3 xterms right now and using 8000 blocks). It seems doubtful that A/UX is deliberately doing anything to the MacOS partitions since it ignores them completely (under A/UX 1.1 that is).
