I'll keep this shrt...I've worked @ places wth 2 machines 1 insisted on CR/LF
and the othr on LF/CR....And when we output 2 a real tty we sent CR/LF/CR/CR
2 (1) allow the platten 2 mv & (2) catch the bounce of the carriage off the
LH margin.
