Does there exist an application development toolkit for Xt/Xaw
  that's "Freeware", or "Moderately-cheapware".  I'm looking for
  something that allows the applications programmer to be mostly
  unaware of the details of Xt/Xaw, and concentrate on the interface
  to their application.
