    We will be adding support for ICCCM in the future.  Of
    course this still does not guarantee that an uncooperative client will not
    continue to stay connected.  The SME extension will still be needed to
    solve this problem.

Use of the X Consortium standard XDMCP would solve this problem, without
need for an extension.
