The conference reflects the goals of EXUG. In particular, it aims to promote the development and use of the X window System within Europe, to provide a forum for the discussion of X and to provide a pleasant social framework within which people from all over Europe can meet and discuss topics of mutual interest. As such, keynote speakers have been invited and will present papers at the conference. Throughout the conference period, there will also be a major exhibition of X Products and services. The Exhibition will be open to the professional community at large whether or not they are attending the conference itself. Full ethernet network facilities will be installed to demonstrate the interoperability of products from the various exhibitors.
