"no weakening amendments".  We're all in big big trouble now.  We have no
ri]ht to participate without modification.  If a blind person wants to
stay in a hotel and there are only a certain number of "handicapped
rooms", they will say, "you can't stay here, there are no handicapped
rooms available".  We should have left well enough alonne.  Now we're in
for it, just wait and see.
