Joe Barton of Ft Worth voted against the wording used in the Bill. 
He objected to specific wording concerning "communicable diseases." 
Of course, ANYONE voting against the Bill for what ever reason is 
going to use that excuse...They always have... they always will. A 
poor reason is in this case, is probably better'n any real reason. 
(If the reason is simply because we are handicapped and "they" are
