   Some states have special agencys for specific handicapps, such as an 
Office f/t Blind & visual impaired, or a rehabilitation center set up to 
help with job placment.  Sometimes they want you to go throught their 
training or evaluation program first though.  Check with your state 
agency, maybe the Dept of Welfare or something similar takes care of it.
