I hate reading source code with voice only, even if thats the usual way I get it. I like references in braille, and technical materials especially. I don't think you'd get me to braille out a book about health care for the reading impaired for example--that can be utilized just as well on tape--but I'd certainly braille the index, and references from such a book.
