A couple of years ago steve I heard mentioned a braille zip code 
directory avaiable.  Since I'm now on packet and one of the proceedures 
requires that you know where the zip code where your traffic is going. 
 If you don't know the zip code, you can't send the traffic.  Also, some 
boards have the callbook on cd-rom.  That wouldn't be useful for me 
since I can only hit one packet board which doesn't have this feature.
