There is a law suit yet unresolved between the guy who runs Comm3 records and
Elektra. Seems he reissued I Ching and another project called Evening In
Torpor several years ago and the band and Elektra sued him to stop (Several
thousand did get out.) In the suit the band characterized him as a hanger-on,
when the records themselves document him as producer. He finally got so 
pissed off that he is counter-suing the band and label, which is where it
stands now, several unresolved lawsuits.
