We are working on PMDC motor testing. Among others we have read a paper 
written by Mr. Ernest B. Page III : "An Innovative Approach to D.C. Motor
Characterization"

Mr. Page III gives a direct technique for measuring the Coulomb drag factor but we do not know what its meaning is and what parameters have an influence on this factor.
