Well I don't think that there is a spped adjustment in the form of a pot on any deck. The motors I have seen in tape players have a small hole in the rear of the motor case. The adjustment is there. If you do try this DONT USE A METAL SCREW DRIVER TO ADJUST THE SPEED. You will have to use a recorded tone and a scope or by ear. If you use a metal tool, the speed will change everytime you remove the tool!
