Hi Folks:
	Several months ago there was a posting on the net regarding a
paper that attempted to study relationships between Bayesian
(Probabilistic) Networks, and Neural Networks. Since I am interested in
such a study, I would appreciate if someone out there can either repost
it or send it me via e-mail. In case if it is not available, I would 
appreciate any pointers in this regard.
