I am trying to find techniques to perform such tasks as counting the number of breaths taken, based on air-flow and chest movement, and recognising artifactual data, and times when respiration stopped. I was considering using neural-nets to recognize a breath, and was wondering if anyone had tried something similar, or had any ideas of a good model to use. Thanks in Advance John.
