Sooooo, I will try again. To those pick gurus, do you have any experience in downloading pick generated ascii files to a PC? For example we run Universe ( a pick flavor) under Unix on an HP9000, 835 series. Our report writer is called Retrieve. I would like to generate a report saved into a file that can be downloaded to a lotus spreadsheet. Can Retrieve, or the pick report writer, create a lotus ascii file with delimiters and so forth? Can we accomplish this without resorting to BASIC programming? Thanks in advance for your hints, experiences, and leads! Hoosyar F.
