As I understand things, Pantone's QC isn't too good.  Their color chips vary
from copy to copy of their Books-o-Color.  An art supply store/commercial
printer should be able to put you in touch with Pantone, Inc.  Hopefully
they can supply you with colorimetric data regarding their colors.
