The Garnet group at Carnegie Mellon University was talking about porting
their user-interface management system (built on top of CLX) to the Mac
environment if there was sufficient interest (i.e. funding) to hire a
staff person to do the work.  I was interested, but I don't have the resources
to support such an effort singlehandedly (more like ten-handedly, or more).
