I finally got 1.3.  And the textbook mentions dos2out but it's nowhere
to be found on the distribution.

Also I need crc.  Could some kind soul send me these two files (along
with their crcs), preferably in source form?

And is there a North American ftp site that has a one-step 1.3 -> 1.5.9
or 1.5.10 cdiff file?
