As far as I know, version 1.3 of Elvis is still in the queue to be posted to
comp.sources.unix.  I submitted it about a month ago, and I had expected it
to appear about two weeks ago.

I'll double-check this with rsalz@uunet, and if I'm wrong I'll let you know.
