I have a small OSI subnet for investigative purposes.  Over the past
year and a half,
I have made do, by manufacturing my own addresses (NSAPs primarily).

Anywho, I would like to use GOSIP 1 or 2 format NSAPs.  I work for the
U.S. Gov't,
DoD.  What must I do to get an address space assigned for the Naval Surface
Warfare Center?
