I would vote for the creation of this newsgroup. *Because* I believe that the OSI 'migration' is doomed to go the way of the Edsel. While this does (like all of the other "we'll have OSI running Real Soon Now" propaganda) run the risk that someone might actually take the migration seriously, it also will provide a public forum in which to demonstrate what is (and is NOT) actually happening. Think of it as a 'give 'em enough rope' strategy. And as for a name, comp.protocols.migration, please.
