I also wanted to mention that the Univ. of North Carolina
Continuing Ed. Department sponsored a training video 
on CRC cards. (At least that's what I think the name 
of the sponsoring organization was.) It was done by the
people at Knowledge Systems Corporation. The last time
I checked with Reed Phillips at KSC there was some 
hangup getting the University to release the tape.
