This question came up recently. Are software package registrations
transferable ? IE. Say one of these people selling their Amiga sells their
copy of Lattice as well. Can the new owner get the registration transfered
into his/her name so that notifications of upgrades/etc. will be sent to
the right place ?

PS. if anyone who actually knows posts a response, could they email me a
copy, as I don't have time to keep up with comp.sys.amiga lately, and I
don't want to miss the answer (w.r.t. Lattice anyway).
