Hi,

I have a font directory on a different disk.
With assign I assign the directory.
With FED I changed a proportional GENEVA8 font into an 8x8 font.
I also changed lo and hi to 32, 255 (same as topaz)
The name of my font is FIX
after FED I did a fixfonts.
In my wordproccessor Fix is now indeed an 8x8 font,
but if I uss FF FIX, it says 'cannot open font fix' twice.
I also tried FF FIX/8, with as answer 'cannot open font fix/8'
What am I doing wrong? Why doesn't it work?
I have a 1mb 500 from sept 89, and I booted from an original workbench1.3.
Can someone tell me please what is going on?
