What is also clear from the article is that if Spectrum Holobyte doesn't have a sublicense from Nintendo to sell Tetris then _they_ are the ones who should have their software recalled. Anyway, it is a pretty sad story. The message seems to be not to trust U.K. software publisher/distributors ;-) if, that is, you trust the Journal ;-) !!!
