According to the form I have:

	"Sales tax is charged in selected states and is based upon
	 the applicable rate in the state to which the order is 
	 shipped(**Please note this**).  Individual purchases in
	 CA, IL, GA, PA, and VA must include applicable tax.  School
	 orders in CA must also add applicable tax.  Please contact 
	 your Commodore Education Market Specialist for assistance.
	 All sales are final.  Prices, product availability, terms
	 of the offer, and conditions are subject to change without
	 notice.  Changes to teh Education Purchase Plan are not 
	 retroactive."

This should clear some things up.  I believe that by *Commodore Education
Market Specialist* they refer to the person in charge of CBM Ed. Disc.
stuff at an authorized Amiga dealer which specialized in the Ed. Disc.
program.  BTW, in Florida there is NO sales tax. ;^) :*)
