Seems I have a different form.  It says sales tax is charged no matter what
state you're in.  I did call Commodore, though, and they confirmed that you
have to pay sales tax if the machine is being shipped to: Pennsylvania,
California (weep, cry), Virginia, Georgia, or Illinois.
