I have a view, but it is probably an uninformed one. Just like most people talking about it. Is anybody who has commented on this a qualified lawyer? I'd like to see the proportion of people talking that have legal training. I think that all these "experts" could easily fall flat on their faces. Some may argue different points, but basically, only a tested legal opinion wil do me. I haven't seen anybody take on SH yet, so I guess there won't be a test case.
