The StarBoard II memory is mapped in at $200000 for the lower deck and
$e90000 for the upper deck.  This will allow the kick image file to load
into the StarBoard II.	The only thing is, it must be the first device off
of the Amiga 1000 expansion slot.

P.S.  This is how it was mapped on my system with a CLtd. HD Controller on
the system too.
