	The Starboard autoconfigs at the first available memory location
just like any other autoconfig memory device. It should be located at
$200000 on a 1000. Note that to use it to kick 2.0, it *must* be the
first device on the buss. You can't have a hard drive physically located
before it. Put your other expansion peripherals on the outside of your
Starboard.
