No, it is a standard. Look up the IFF ANIM standard in the current 
"ROM Kernel Manual : Includes and Autodocs" from Addison-Wessley .
Sample code is available on BIX and as part of the IFF Disk which
is available for $20 from CATS.  (Commodore Amiga Technical Support)
